- Call recordings with MetaFleet team
- Call recordings between Customers and Business Accounts
- In-app messages and notifications
- Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We also automatically collect certain information when you use our platform:
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited)

Data Controller vs. Processor
For repair shop customer data, we act as a data processor on behalf of repair shops (data controllers). Repair shops remain responsible for their customers' data privacy rights.
